Little Miss Blonde and Numbers have spent the summer exploring the Isles of Scilly, as you know. They arrived back home recently full of tales of exploration, new friends and new dreams. Their fondness for the islands was very pleasing and they too were satisfied that they had had the best summer possible and would even contemplate going back for another season.
Despite their obvious enjoyment of the islands, it was interesting to note just how quickly they got back up onto Dartmoor! Within a couple of days of being home – just enough time to have done all of the washing – they were back into their trusty walking boots, with map and compass in hand, for a day reminding themselves of what they’d missed. Both of them agreed that they had missed it a lot and would continue to miss it when they embark on the next adventure (very very soon!).
