This lightweight Fjern Aktiv women’s down jacket is superb. It is easily packable yet gives excellent insulation from the fresh spring weather that we’ve had lately. The 700 fill power goose down has been ethically produced and makes a great addition to my outdoor gear. The pockets are plenty big enough for gloves, phone, etc. The zipped breast pocket is perfect for car keys. One of the best things about this jacket is the sleeve length. I sometimes have trouble finding gear with long enough arms but these are long enough, with a bit to spare. The colours are great too: raspberry on the outside with an orange liner.
The brand Fjern is new to me, I have to be honest, but I certainly will be checking them out for purchases in the future.
The ethics of the company, paired with the fact that the brand was created by UK based outdoor enthusiasts makes it a good option.
