The Fjallraven Greenland Stretch trousers have to be one of the comfiest pairs of trousers that I have walked in for a while. The stretchiness of the fabric means that they are perfect for trekking around on Dartmoor (other hills are available but they’re not as good!) as well as hanging around in the minibus waiting for groups of teenagers to reappear over the hill. These trousers have a narrower leg than any of my other walking trousers which means I have worn them on a variety of different occasions. Who knew that just having a slimmer cut leg meant that they looked perfect in the office on an admin day as well as outside? There are the normal 2 side pockets as well as a handy side pocket which is big enough for a phone and a route card. I went for the ‘Dusk’ colour which matches almost every item of outdoor gear that I possess. I wasn’t quite brave enough to go for the ‘Acorn’ colour. I wouldn’t say they are coloured particularly like an acorn but the colour is amazing nevertheless. For my first item of Fjallraven gear I am definitely impressed and have a new brand to add to my list of favourites.
