Tomatoes are delicious, in season and, if you are anything like me, keep you outside and on your toes with the watering can when the days are long and sunny.
Did you know that these little globes of juiciness are also very good for you? With some carbohydrate, a touch of fibre and a whole host of vitamins and minerals including, vitamins A, C, E, some B and K as well as calcium and magnesium.
Just think how good they might be for you next year if you have grown your own! All that goodness and all the hard work that goes into producing them!
