It’s really important for us all to have a green space close by to visit when we are perhaps short of time or if we just need a quick fix of fresh air and peace. For me that place is Stover Country Park. It a perfect place to visit whatever the weather but recently has been quite beautiful in the gorgeous sun that we’ve been enjoying. As well as the lovely lakeside walks there is a great Nature Interpretation Centre to explore where you can learn all sorts about what keeps this 114 acres so stunning. The fact that it is a site of special scientific interest means the wildlife and geology are protected for our future generations.
For me this is the place that at the end of a busy day I come to to be treated to beauty and tranquility which restores my befuddled brain! Lucky me.
