It’s always good to be able to help out fellow Dartmoor lovers, so it is my pleasure to recommend to you a good read if ever you’re down this way and need to be updated on all the goings-on on the moors. The Moorlander newspaper is an excellent read which focuses on all sorts of stories from around the area: farming, sporting events, business, arts, entertainment, plus regular columns on topics such as gardening and news from the National Park’s Head Ranger, Rob Steemson.
They’re on their 63rd issue after launching in 2016 and it’s a special Remembrance edition featuring an interview with my favourite children’s author Michael Morpurgo.
I think there’s just one thing missing though … a Blonde column!
