Our recent visit to Belstone village brought us to the fabulous Tors Inn for lunch. We had a most lovely time and enjoyed the chats with the friendly locals and the even more friendly Kevin the Landlord. Our lunch was most delicious; Blonde Two was particularly pleased with her sausage and mash.

The entrance hall is full of useful local information and the pub welcomes walkers that just need to use the loo.

We didn’t get to try them ourselves (this time), but we have it on good authority that the beds were most comfortable and gave our friends their ‘best night sleep in a long time’.

If you are ever in the area we would most definitely recommend you pop in to say hello to Kevin and his staff. Tell him we said ‘hello’.
